Knowing what the top ten butt exercises are can be handy if you work out on a regular basis because you can vay them from routine to routine. However, before you read the list below, it must be said that these are not the best butt exercises, and should only be used as a general guide. Indeed, the bst butt exercises for you really does depend on YOU! So, that being said, here are the top ten butt exercises that you should use only as a guide of the types of butt exercises that you should be performing.
10. Walking – Pretty basic, i know, but if you walked a lot more you’ll be helping to tone your butt muscles.
9. Hiking -This is a great exercise, as hiking is you walking for a long distance, but is somewhat dependent on people having the time, patience, and space to benefit from this butt exercise.
8. Running – An exercise that you should be familiar with, and should perform as thi is a very effective way to lose butt fat and tone up!
7. Swimming -This is another great exercise for toning your butt. Swimming is considered one of the best exercises for all round fitness as you lose weight, strengthen your muscles and tone your body when swimming.
6. Skipping – This is one of my favourites! Some suggest that a few minutes of skipping is more beneficial than running/jogging for 15 minutes. It is a brilliant exercise that will again tone your butt!
5. Wall Climbing – If you have access to a wall climbing facility at your local gym or else where then you might want to consider this exercise as it will strengthen your butt muscles and have you backside a lot rounder and firmer. This exercise targets your butt directly!
4. Step-Ups – Another great exercise that’s the same principle as wall climbing. It is higher in the list because it is a more accessible exercise than wall climbing.
3. Deadlifts – If you are all about the strengthening of the butt muscles then this exercise is for you. You will increase your muscle density with this one!
2. Lunges – Brilliant exercise to work your butt and leg muscles as well.
1. Squats – Known
as the king of all butt exercises, the squat is an exercise that you absolutely should be performing to lose butt fat and help shape your bum the way you desire.
