Leg Toning Exercises


calf exercise 2Leg toning exercises requires very little of your time. In fact, the best leg toning exercises are done in your everyday life, such as walking.

That’s right, walking is a great way to toning your legs. The problem is most of us walk less and less, and are not conscious of how we can utilize our time more efficiently to perform exercises whilst doing other ‘more important’ things.

If you use public transport to get to work for example, you could perform simple butt squeezes, and calf exercises whilst waiting for the train, bus, etc. Such exercises are simple to perform, but very effective, and the only thing you really have to do is to remember to perform them – simple enough right?

So the next time you are watching your favourite television show, why not perform a couple sets of calf raises?
