If you’re here, you’re looking for a clear plan of action to take to shrink those butt fat cells and tighten up that fanny! So without further due, ready for the step-by-step plan? I’m sure you could guess it. It doesn’t take a genius to learn the two (2) things you must do to lose butt fat.  They are (drum roll please):

Healthy, Butt Fat-Burning Eating Plan — Junk food causes junk.  It’s not rocket science here, folks.  More on that in a few.  Some foods are better than others at shaping up your bum.  I am going to give you a few on this site.

  1. Butt-Slimming Exercise Plan — Notice I said “active.”  You don’t need to kill yourself with rigorous exercise but you will need to increase your activity level.  I’ll give you the exercises that are most effective for not only losing buttock fat but also toning it up so you’ll have a sexy asset.  :)

1.  Healthy, Fat-Burning Eating Plan — This is nothing new.  But there are foods that are better for burning butt fat than others.  It’s important to know that the body searches for nutrients, not food.  It craves nutrient-rich food.  Give it nutritious food and it can easily burn it.  If it’s not nutritious, then the body has a harder time using it.  And if it doesn’t use it, what do you think happens?  You guessed it.  It is more apt to store it. If you’re a woman, the body’s main fat storage site is the rear.  It’s like the energy reserve.  I have written more about that below.  If you’re a guy, it’s the gut.  Everyone will benefit from the 2 butt-blasting tips I give on this site.

Butt-Blasting Tip #1:  Standardize your meals. This means that you pick the perfect meal for your goal, which in this case is losing butt fat, and then you have that everyday.  I recommend standardizing both breakfast and lunch and allowing your evening meal to be one of variety. We already know breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  Folks, this should also be the easiest meal of the day.  Pick a nutritious, butt fat burning breakfast and have it everyday.  It will save you time and money!  The breakfast I recommend will cost you less than $1 per meal.  So you won’t just lose bum fat, but you’ll also save money.  Doesn’t get much better than that! And if you use the particular one I recommend below, it will taste delicious.  You’ll never know you’re burning that butt fat!  I’m going to make it easy for you by telling you the perfect breakfast for burning fat off of the butt, and any area for that matter. The perfect butt-fat burning breakfast:  Steel-cut oatmeal with berries

  • Steel-cut oatmeal (this must NOT be instant oatmeal).  Steel-cut oatmeal contains healthy, slow-burning carbs that keep you full longer, evens out blood-sugar, helps prevent inflammation, and contains wonderful butt-fat burning protein.  Dr. Weil does a great job of explaining why steel cut oatmeal is the best.
  • Add berries to sweeten.  These berries must NOT contain added sugar.  Read your label!  So remember those steel-cut oatmeal and berries the next time you’re at the grocery store!

2.  Butt-Slimming Exercise Plan — The proper eating plan is the most important move you can make to lose butt fat. No question about it. Butt (pun intended) an exercise plan that focuses on those gluteus maximus muscles will not only accelerate your results but will also serve to tighten up your butt muscles. This helps ensure that your butt stays nice and toned once you have lost the buttock fat.
