			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Knowing what the top ten <a title="butt exercises" href="http://www.losebuttfat.org/FirmButtExercises">butt exercises</a> are can be handy if you work out on a regular basis because you can vay them from routine to routine. However, before you read the list below, it must be said that these are not the best butt exercises, and should only be used as a general guide. Indeed, the bst butt exercises for you really does depend on YOU! So, that being said, here are the top ten butt exercises that you should use only as a guide of the types of butt exercises that you should be performing.</p>
<p>10. Walking &#8211; Pretty basic, i know, but if you walked a lot more you&#8217;ll be helping to tone your butt muscles.</p>
<p>9. Hiking -This is a great exercise, as hiking is you walking for a long distance, but is somewhat dependent on people having the time, patience, and space to benefit from this butt exercise.</p>
<p>8. Running &#8211; An exercise that you should be familiar with, and should perform as thi is a very effective way to <a title="lose butt fat" href="http://www.losebuttfat.org/LowerBodyMakeover">lose butt fat</a> and tone up!</p>
<p>7. Swimming -This is another great exercise for toning your butt. Swimming is considered one of the best exercises for all round fitness as you lose weight, strengthen your muscles and tone your body when swimming.</p>
<p>6. Skipping &#8211; This is one of my favourites! Some suggest that a few minutes of skipping is more beneficial than running/jogging for 15 minutes. It is a brilliant exercise that will again tone your butt!</p>
<p>5. Wall Climbing &#8211; If you have access to a wall climbing facility at your local gym or else where then you might want to consider this exercise as it will strengthen your butt muscles and have you backside a lot rounder and firmer. This exercise targets your butt directly!</p>
<p>4. Step-Ups &#8211; Another great exercise that&#8217;s the same principle as wall climbing. It is higher in the list because it is a more accessible exercise than wall climbing.</p>
<p>3. Deadlifts &#8211; If you are all about the strengthening of the butt muscles then this exercise is for you. You will increase your muscle density with this one!</p>
<p>2. Lunges &#8211; Brilliant exercise to work your butt and leg muscles as well.</p>
<p>1. Squats &#8211; Known<img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-543" title="squatting" src="http://www.losebuttfat.org/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/squatting1-300x201.jpg" alt="squatting" width="202" height="100" /> as the king of all butt exercises, the squat is an exercise that you absolutely should be performing to lose butt fat and help shape your bum the way you desire.</p>

You want to know exactly what you should be doing, and what you should not be doing in your quest to have beautiful legs, right? Well, here&#8217;s a break down of things in three simple steps&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">1. You want to be performing cardio exercises on a regular basis! Now, on a regular basis does not mean you have to be in the gym every single day, in fact you really do not need to be in the gym to perform cardio exercises. Performing cardio exercises on a regular basis means being consistent with your workout. So, if you can workout once a week, do so, and keep it consistent. If you can workout twice and week, do so, and keep it consistent. The important thing in exercising on a regular basis is that you remain <em>consistent</em>! By doing so, you can easily increase the consistency over time, and you are a whole lot more likely to continue to exercise.</p>

The appearance of toned calves symbolises sexiness in women, and strength in men. If you are performing <a title="lower body exercises" href="http://www.losebuttfat.org/LowerBodyMakeover">lower body exercises</a> and have rather large legs that you want to slim down then targeting your calf muscles is a good idea because by doing so you will be targeting the focal point in what represents great legs &#8211; the calf muscles!</p>
<p>So how do you tone and get slimmer calves? You simply perform calf raises!</p>
<p>To perform this exercise you raise your heels off the floor, hold for a count of five, and then drop them down again. Perform 15-25 reps at a time, and with light weights if desired. Doing this exercise, as well as jogging, or skipping, is a great way to get slimmer calves. Standing on a step to perform this exercise is also a benefit as you will have more range to raise and drop your heels.</p>

<p>What do i mean by a cardio workout? Well, if you were to perform squats you would be strengthening your leg muscles, but not necessarily toning them, and getting rid of fat. You would be much better of performing an exercise such as running or jogging in an effort to have slim legs</p>
<p>Running, or jogging is an excellent way to slim your legs.</p>
<p>Other cardio exercises to slim legs are skipping, swimming, and bike riding.</p>

<p>The one commonality of all toning exercises for the bottom is that they do not require heavy weights.</p>
<p>If you want your butt to be a lot firmer and curvier, such as the one pictured to the left, you have to realise that you have to:</p>
<p>1. discipline yourself from eating foods that weaken your muscles &#8211; such as cheese, oily/fried foods, etc. They may taste good and seem harmless, but in the long run will do you a disservice</p>
<p>2. Use your butt muscles more often. You already use them in your daily routine, but you ought to use them more often &#8211; walk more, go jogging beofre work, go bike riding, etc.</p>

<p>If you use public transport to get to work for example, you could perform simple butt squeezes, and calf exercises whilst waiting for the train, bus, etc. Such exercises are simple to perform, but very effective, and the only thing you really have to do is to remember to perform them &#8211; simple enough right?</p>
<p>So the next time you are watching your favourite television show, why not perform a couple sets of calf raises?</p>

<p>You may also want to consider skipping for 15 minutes in the morning before getting into the shower as an alternative to jogging. Skipping is one of the most effective way of toning your entire body, and only 15 minutes a day is enough to have you <em>feeling</em> the fit on a continuous basis.</p>
<p>Altering between skipping and jogging in the mornings, for only 15 minutes is highly reccommended!</p>

<p>Well, the first thing that needs to be made clear is that any woman can have beautiful legs. There is a myth out there that women are either born with beautiful shapely legs or they are not. This is simply not true. Whilst genetics plays a part in the shape of a woman’s legs, the shape of your legs is determined by…YOU!!</p>
<p>That’s right! Think of female celebrities with sexy legs, the likes of Kylie Minogue, Beyonce, and Jessica Biel. The one commonality they all share is that they worked hard to get their sexy legs and continue to work hard to maintain their beautiful legs. The reality of the matter is it takes effort to look good, and these women know it which is why they put effort into looking good – and the results are outstanding, right?</p>
<p>So…any woman can have beautiful legs, and the shape and size of yours compared to others does not determine its beauty. Beyonce has thicker legs than Kylie. Jessica Biel’s legs are more toned than Beyonce’s. But all three have beautiful legs. The determining factors of what makes women’s legs beautiful are:</p>

<li>The woman’s commitment to put effort into looking good</li>
<li>The woman’s choice to eat healthily</li>
<li>The woman incorporating exercise into their lives</li>
</ul>
<p>These are the three traits every woman with beautiful legs posses. Notice that they are all geared at the individual? That’s right! Ultimately, it is the commitment from the individual woman to have beautiful legs that makes her have beautiful legs. Once the commitment is made, everything else follows into place rather easily. Eating healthily is something we are all aware of, but for some reason, do not put effort to maintain a good diet. Instead we search for ways to achieve without working for it. Women tend to believe the fads, and would even go through extreme lengths of taking ‘magical pills’ that will over a fixed period make their legs more beautiful. The work has to be put in, ladies. Exercising to have your legs toned has to be implemented. Jessica Biel knows this, which is why she has legs to die for!</p>

Most women only begin exercising when they notice they have <strong><a title="thigh cellulite" href="http://www.losebuttfat.org/GetRidofyourCellulite">thigh cellulite</a></strong>, and this propels them to implement a workout regiment in their lives. However, they seem to ignore the other fundamental aspect in their quest to reduce thigh fat, and that is to reduce the amount of fatty foods they eat</p>
<p>Committing to exercising several times a week is truthfully not enough to reduce thigh fat if your diet is still quite poor. This is the mistake most women make! They maintain a poor diet and try to make up for it by exercising regularly. This is simply a physiological comfort, and in all honesty, you may be doing your thighs a disservice if you are still on the same diet that ruined their strength and shape in the first place</p>
<p>Your thighs are a great place for fats to be stored, and the more you eat fatty foods, the more your thighs become a stubborn aspect of your body to keep trim and toned. Sure, exercising will boost your metabolic rate, which helps burns fats. However, most of us (assuming you are not a professional athlete) spend most of our time not exercising. If you continue to eat poor fatty foods, you will be adding more fat deposits to the area of your body that is prominent at collecting it – your thighs. And because you are burning a lot of energy whilst working out, you will feel the need to eat more, and if you are eating the same poor fatty foods, you will have to work out more. You see the cycle, right? This is how women end up quitting their workout regimen. It just becomes too much work!</p>
<p>Eating rich foods have to be factored in to help you maintain thighs that are fit and toned, which you certainly deserve. Exercising and eating poorly is not a good combination. You could be helping to increase <a href="http://www.losebuttfat.org/GetRidofyourCellulite" rel=”nofollow”>thigh cellulite</a> by working out and not maintaining a rich diet. You have to reduce the intake of poor fatty foods if you want to reduce thigh fat!</p>
<p>I emphasise poor fatty foods because as you know there are some fatty foods that you should absolutely be eating. Such fatty foods actually help you to lose weight, which is why they are known as Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs). As a simplified guide, you want to avoid, or at least reduce your consumption of dairy products, pre-packed meals, fast foods (avoid completely if you can). These types of fatty foods contain saturated fats, which is a big cause of <strong>thigh cellulite</strong>. Instead, eat foods rich in essential fatty acids such as avocados, almonds, and dark green vegetables (organic, and not pre-packed is best!)<br />

<p>We all know that the thighs are a hot spot for fat to be stored in. Cellulite occurs when the fat cells under your skin start to sag or bulge out, and there are two main culprits to this cause…</p>
<p>…yep, you guessed it: the types of foods you eat, and the exercises (or lack of) that you perform</p>
<p>Most of us are really not educated in <a title="healthy eating" href="http://www.losebuttfat.org/FatLossSecret">healthy eating</a>. Yes, we’re told to ‘eat healthily’, and ‘have a balanced diet’, but the reality is, we head over to the supermarkets without knowing much about the foods we purchase. Eating foods that are loaded with saturated fats – pizza, ice cream, pre-packed meals (including some salads) will lead to excess fats being stored in your body, namely your thighs. This will increase the development of thigh cellulite</p>
<p>Almost all of the foods we enjoy are loaded with saturated fats, which will increase your chances of having cellulite. Naming all the foods that you should avoid, or at least reduce the intake of is beyond the scope of this article. However, as a general suggestion, you should avoid purchasing pre-packed meals, dairy products, and any foods that have an ingredients list that looks as though it is straight out of a science lab. Include seeds, nuts (almonds are highly recommended), beans, dark green vegetables, avocados (great source for essential fats) into your diet</p>
<p>As well as watching what you eat to lose thigh cellulite, you also have to… are you ready for this…?</p>
<p>EXERCISE!!</p>
<p>That’s right! Exercising is a sure way of avoiding, and losing thigh cellulite. Most of us are sat behind a desk for the most parts of the day. We drive to and from work, and then sit on the sofa in the evening. We are not giving our legs sufficient exercise (no wonder the thighs are a hot spot for fat to be stored!)</p>
<p>If you want to lose thigh cellulite you have to exercise your thighs a lot more. Exercises that requires you to perform one leg movement at a time – walking, jogging, riding a bike, targets your thighs to reduce the fat deposit, and also strength the muscles to tone your thighs. Set aside some time a few days a week to go jogging, or power walking, or riding a bike, or any other exercise that requires you to perform one leg movement at a time either in a gym, or not. You have to incorporate such exercises into your live because simply walking a few minutes to your car, a train station, a bus stop, is not enough movement for your thighs when you factor in the amount of hours you spend being seated</p>
<p>Losing thigh cellulite is not a difficult task at all. The difficulty lays within you…your thinking! Your choice of diet, and exercising on a regular basis, especially the hot spots for fat (i.e. your thighs) will help in your quest to lose thigh cellulite, and keep it off too!</p>

However, the vast majority of women who have a big bum work on gaining and maintaining it. <p>Of course, there are some unscrupulous ways of gaining a big bum – namely surgery. Whilst big bum surgery is becoming more popular amongst women, it really is not worth the money and consequences of things going wrong (the rate of this is very high, leaving your bum droopy), especially when you realise that there are big <em>bum exercises</em> that are very easy to adopt into your lifestyle</p>
<p>The initial step (a pre-step if you like) to gaining a big bum is committing to regular big bum exercises. This mental step is often the most difficult, but once you commit to it you realise that it really isn’t that difficult after all</p>
<p>There are three steps you should take to having a big bum the natural way</p>
<p><strong>Step 1</strong></p>
<p>Perform <span style="text-decoration: underline;">big bum exercises!</span> Such exercises as squatting is brilliant at giving you a big firm bum. You see, you want to have a bum that is big, but not big because of fat. In other words, by exercising (doing squats and lunges especially), you make your bum big and firm, as opposed to big and fat</p>
<p>To start off with, perform squats without weight, or with light weight (5kg or 10kg) to ensure you have a good technique. And then over time, you’ll want to use heavier weights and short reps. For example; you may perform 5 reps with a 20kg weight. When you get used to this weight, you may want to increase the reps, and/or increase the weights. As a general rule, the bigger the weight, the stronger (and therefore bigger) you’ll make your bum. Work your bum with heavy weights twice a week, and then with light – or no weights at all – once a week to tone up</p>
<p><strong>Step 2</strong></p>
<p>Performing big <strong>bum exercises</strong> involves performing cardio workouts because doing cardio will help tone your bum, and just as importantly, cardio will tone your entire body which will enhance the shape of your bum. You’ll want to perform cardio workouts such as jogging, skipping, bike riding and of course, swimming. Doing theses cardio workouts will help trim your bum fat leaving it round and firm. You’ll definitely be noticed!</p>
<p><strong>Step 3</strong></p>
<p>Finally, to compliment the big <strong>bum exercises</strong> you want to be eating healthily. People don’t get fat off of eating too much. They get fat off of eating too much unhealthy food! And for women, the fat gained from unhealthy foods goes straight to their waist and bum. You may initially think this is a good thing but remember, gaining fat in your bum does not make it big and firm, it makes it wide and weak, and after time, the fat will make it sloppy. This will not help you maintain a big (round) bum!</p>
<p>Following these three steps is a simple thing to do once you have committed to having and maintaining a big firm bum. You can rest assured that your favourite celebrities, the likes of Beyonce, Jessica Biel, J. Lo and more are all familiar to these big bum exercises. You have the same information as they do. <p><strong>Squats</strong></p>
<p>Squats are considered the best work out for the legs because it targets the major leg muscle groups. Whilst the standard squatting exercise is a great work out for your thighs, there is a variation of this that targets the thigh muscles specifically to give you a better work out</p>
<p>Stand with your feet shoulder length apart, toes facing forward or slightly angled outward for a better balance when performing the exercise. Outstretch your arms in front of you, and keeping your back straight, slowly bend your knees and lower your hips towards the floor. Keep you abs pulled in tight and your torso straight as you lower yourself so your thighs are parallel to the floor, and then slowly come back up to the starting position. This is a brilliant exercise that will tone your thighs efficiently. Hold dumbbells out straight to increase resistance</p>
