<p>Eat healthy and avoid junk: Nothing new, but mostly ignored. We all indulge in eating junk food, and this adds-up to the butt fat. Give nutrients to your body, not junk food. The best option is to pick a fat burning breakfast and stick to it everyday.</p>
<p>Steel-cut oatmeal with berries is perfect to start your day with. It contains healthy, slow-burning carbs that keep you feeling fuller for long, helps prevent inflammation, and has some amazing butt-fat burning protein.  You can add berries to sweeten the dish, however be careful. These berries must not contain added sugar. You must read the label before picking berries from the grocery store.  Proper diet and good eating habits should be well complemented with butt fat burning exercises. <p>If you&#8217;re here, you&#8217;re looking for a clear plan of action to take to shrink those butt fat cells and tighten up that fanny! So without further due, ready for the step-by-step plan? I&#8217;m sure you could guess it. It doesn&#8217;t take a genius to learn the three (3) things you must do to lose butt fat.  They are (drum roll please):</p>

<p>Let&#8217;s examine each of these now.</p>
<p><strong>1.  Healthy, Fat-Burning Eating Plan</strong> &#8212; This is nothing new.  But there are foods that are better for burning butt fat than others.  It&#8217;s important to know that the body searches for nutrients, not food.  It craves nutrient-rich food.  Give it nutritious food and it can easily burn it.  If it&#8217;s not nutritious, then the body has a harder time using it.  And if it doesn&#8217;t use it, what do you think happens?  You guessed it.  It is more apt to store it.  If you&#8217;re a woman, the body&#8217;s main fat storage site is the rear.  It&#8217;s like the energy reserve.  I have written more about that below.  If you&#8217;re a guy, it&#8217;s the gut.  Everyone will benefit from the 2 butt-blasting tips I give on this site.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><!-- google_ad_section_start -->Butt fat (or gluteofemoral fat) is among the hardest area of the body to lose fat in.  Let&#8217;s talk about why it&#8217;s so hard to <strong><a href="http://www.losebuttfat.org/7">lose butt fat</a></strong>:</p>
<ol>
<li>There is less blood flow to the buttocks than in other areas.  Because of this, there is less flow out of the butt area.  And if there is less blood flow out of that area, there is a lower amount of fat cells that can be transported away from that area at any given time as opposed to other areas of the body.  This is not to say that you can&#8217;t lose butt fat but just know that it will take longer to do so.</li>
<li>The butt is a long-term fat storage site.  Look at your butt as your back-up fuel tank.  There has to be some area that serves as the back-up energy storage site in your body for those times when you might need it (pregnancy, potential starvation, fighting illnesses, etc.) and it just so happens that the butt is that area!</li>
<li>Because of the first 2 reasons, the buttocks are not as responsive as other parts of the body to fat loss.</li>
