Let’s be honest for a moment… Most people who perform butt exercises really do not know what they are doing. They simply see someone in the gym performing an exercise and try to emulate it without thorougly know the technique in performing that exercises, yet alone what muscles they are working.

Performing butt exercises such as squats and lunges are great, but if you want to target your lower butt muscles then there are better lower butt exercises that will give you a better result. Variety is the spice of life, and it is so in exercising as it is with a variety of exercises that you achieve optimum results.
