Bottom Toning Exercises
There are many bottom toning exercises that you can perform to have your bottom a lot firmer – squats, lunges, cycling, etc.
The one commonality of all toning exercises for the bottom is that they do not require heavy weights.
If you want your butt to be a lot firmer and curvier, such as the one pictured to the left, you have to realise that you have to:
1. discipline yourself from eating foods that weaken your muscles – such as cheese, oily/fried foods, etc. They may taste good and seem harmless, but in the long run will do you a disservice
2. Use your butt muscles more often. You already use them in your daily routine, but you ought to use them more often – walk more, go jogging beofre work, go bike riding, etc.
