Knowing what the top ten butt exercises are can be handy if you work out on a regular basis because you can vay them from routine to routine. However, before you read the list below, it must be said that these are not the best butt exercises, and should only be used as a general guide. Indeed, the bst butt exercises for you really does depend on YOU! So, that being said, here are the top ten butt exercises that you should use only as a guide of the types of butt exercises that you should be performing.

10. Walking – Pretty basic, i know, but if you walked a lot more you’ll be helping to tone your butt muscles.

9. Hiking -This is a great exercise, as hiking is you walking for a long distance, but is somewhat dependent on people having the time, patience, and space to benefit from this butt exercise.

8. Running – An exercise that you should be familiar with, and should perform as thi is a very effective way to lose butt fat and tone up!

7. Swimming -This is another great exercise for toning your butt. Swimming is considered one of the best exercises for all round fitness as you lose weight, strengthen your muscles and tone your body when swimming.

6. Skipping – This is one of my favourites! Some suggest that a few minutes of skipping is more beneficial than running/jogging for 15 minutes. It is a brilliant exercise that will again tone your butt!

5. Wall Climbing – If you have access to a wall climbing facility at your local gym or else where then you might want to consider this exercise as it will strengthen your butt muscles and have you backside a lot rounder and firmer. This exercise targets your butt directly!

4. Step-Ups – Another great exercise that’s the same principle as wall climbing. It is higher in the list because it is a more accessible exercise than wall climbing.

3. Deadlifts – If you are all about the strengthening of the butt muscles then this exercise is for you. You will increase your muscle density with this one!

2. Lunges – Brilliant exercise to work your butt and leg muscles as well.

1. Squats – Knownsquatting as the king of all butt exercises, the squat is an exercise that you absolutely should be performing to lose butt fat and help shape your bum the way you desire.

Having cellulite on legs can be a big issue for a woman. You may want to show your legs but feel extremely insecure because you know you have cellulite, and you know it is not particularly attractive. Yeah, sure, guys say they really do not care if women has cellulite , but the truth of the matter is that women know it is a big deal. If it wasn’t then they would not be airbrushed away in magazines, right?

Performing butt exercises at home can be an effective way to shape your backside. Whilst some people strictly rely on gym equipments to exercise, you can sometimes be best suited performing exercises at home, and butt exercises are especially easy to perform and beneficial in many ways…

…One of the many benefits of performing butt exercises at home is that you can get a lot more out of your exercises. This is because you are not restricted to a ‘workout time’ where you spend 1-2 hours in the gym only! When working out at home, you can perform exercises during ad breaks, which is brilliant because you end up exercising more.

Oh, and by the way… the only cost to performing butt exercises at home is your committment to performing the exercises!

So, with the goal of having a firm, round butt, perform those squats and lunges whilst watching TV. And if you are sitting or lying down, you can always crunch those butt cheeks together. Get the most of your free time!

This is the fundamental difference between someone who has extensive knowledge on lower body exercises and someone who knows the right exercises that you need to achieve the figure you desire. Inner Thigh Exercises


There are a number of inner thigh exercises that you can perform in your goal to tone your thighs and/or strengthen your thigh muscles. The squat is viewed as the best exercise for the lower body because it targets the majority of your lower body muscles effectively. However, if you want to concentrate specifically on your inner thighs, then performing a variation of the squat can be more effective at toning your inner thighs and strengthening the muscles as well.

There are different exercises that you can perform, which i’m sure ou already know of such as leg presses and leg lifts, but below is demonstration of not too common exercises that will have you feeling the burn the moment you perform them.

Lower Butt Exercises


Let’s be honest for a moment… Most people who perform butt exercises really do not know what they are doing. They simply see someone in the gym performing an exercise and try to emulate it without thorougly know the technique in performing that exercises, yet alone what muscles they are working.

Performing butt exercises such as squats and lunges are great, but if you want to target your lower butt muscles then there are better lower butt exercises that will give you a better result. Variety is the spice of life, and it is so in exercising as it is with a variety of exercises that you achieve optimum results.
